Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026Data collected
This site only collects data through its contact form: name, company (optional), email address, subject and message. No other processing takes place.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used solely to answer your request. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Recipients
Messages are sent by email to info@cyberialabs.io and are not shared with any third party. They are not stored in a database by this website.
Retention
Exchanges are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write toinfo@cyberialabs.io. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Your browser contacts no third-party service: fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain.
Analytics
We count page views to understand which topics interest our readers. The measurement is designed to process no personal data:
- no cookie or identifier is stored on your device;
- your IP address is never recorded: it is only used to compute an ephemeral fingerprint, derived from a random key rotated daily, held in memory and destroyed when the date changes;
- that fingerprint cannot be reversed and allows no tracking from one day to the next, nor across sites;
- only daily aggregated counters are kept — page views, page path, referring site, language — for at most thirteen months.
If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" signal, no measurement takes place.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). The contact form is protected against automated submissions and rate-limits the number of messages per IP address.
